Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier's operational timelines.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information are correct.
For the protection of both the customer and Rani Raga, customers are strongly required to record a continuous, clear unboxing video when opening their package.
The video should:
Clearly show the unopened package.
Show the shipping label/order details.
Show the condition of the package before opening.
Record the opening of the package continuously without cuts or edits.
Clearly show the products received and their condition.
If the customer receives a product that appears to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer should contact Rani Raga as soon as reasonably possible and provide the unboxing video along with relevant photographs and order details.
The unboxing video may be required by Rani Raga to verify whether the issue existed before or during delivery and to process an exchange request.
Providing an unboxing video does not affect any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Rani Raga does not offer general returns or change-of-mind returns.
Once a product has been successfully delivered in accordance with the order and is not eligible under the damage, defect, wrong-product, or other applicable statutory remedy provisions, the customer cannot request a return merely because:
They changed their mind.
They do not like the colour after delivery.
The product does not suit their personal preference.
They ordered the wrong size or design.
They no longer want the product.
They found another product they prefer.
This policy is subject to rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Rani Raga may provide an exchange where a product is verified to have been:
Damaged before or during delivery;
Defective at the time of delivery;
Incorrectly supplied; or
Missing a product or material component from the order,
subject to verification and applicable law.
For such cases, customers should contact Rani Raga promptly after delivery and provide:
Order number;
Clear photographs;
Continuous unboxing video;
Description of the issue; and
Any other information reasonably required for verification.
If the issue is verified, Rani Raga may arrange an exchange with the same or an equivalent product, subject to availability and applicable law.
If the same product is unavailable, Rani Raga will communicate the available resolution to the customer in accordance with applicable law.
An exchange request may not be accepted where the product has been:
Used;
Washed;
Stitched or tailored;
Altered;
Modified;
Damaged after delivery due to customer handling;
Exposed to improper storage or care;
Missing original tags, packaging, or accessories where applicable.
For semi-stitched kurtis, any stitching, alteration, customisation, or modification after delivery may affect eligibility for an exchange, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For artificial jewellery, damage caused by water, perfume, sweat, cosmetics, chemicals, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not qualify as a product defect.
Artificial jewellery should be handled carefully.
To preserve the appearance and finish of the jewellery, avoid prolonged contact with:
Water
Perfume
Sweat
Cosmetics
Chemicals
Moisture
Natural wear and tear, scratches, fading, tarnishing, or discolouration resulting from usage or improper care may not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Customers should contact Rani Raga as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Where cancellation is accepted, the applicable refund, if any, will be processed according to the payment method and applicable law.
Rani Raga primarily provides exchange rather than general refunds for eligible product issues.
Where a refund is required or approved under applicable law or where an exchange cannot reasonably be provided, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method.
The time required for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
